If we want our employees obsess about our clients, we need as employers to obsess about them.

Happy people make people happy. When you're obsessed with your employees they'll be obsessed with their customers. They'll follow your lead: you care for your people, they care for 'theirs'.

A customer who feels that their provider cares is less likely to leave even if another vendor's grass may look greener. A customer who doesn't feel their vendor cares is likelier to leave even if the service they get is good. Maya Angelou said it, people remember how you made them FEEL.

Be obsessed about your employees. In turn...
They will obsess about the quality of your product for you.
They will obsess about the customer's success.
They will obsess about the success of your company.
Your clients be obsessed about you and become raving fans.
You, your product and your company will gain great reputation.
And your obsessed marketing and sales will leverage this reputation and turn it into increased market share.
