I have been a training leader for entrepreneurs and business professionals since 1989 in the High-tech world and in other industries. I am delighted to witness the paradigm shift that took us from ‘winning over’ to the ‘win-win’ era and matured into today’s Customer Success.

I believe that all areas of life are intertwined and cannot be separated.

Specifically, business success is not separate from life success. Just like a personal relationship cannot thrive unless both people feel successful in the relationship, so it is in business.

I believe that you must be a bit of a life coach in every aspect of your life. As a parent, a boss, a doctor, a coach for your kids soccer team, and anything else that you do, helping others thrive demands that you help them grow as humans, making you a life coach.

I believe that the only life worth living is a value-based life.

Over the decades that I’ve been teaching and coaching, I carefully studied my experiences, successes and failures, and the many transitions that life has taken me through. My insights transformed into a proven protocol called the Decisive Action Protocol. This protocol is a method to become decisive by making quality decisions quickly, even when the matter at hand is life changing or affects the future of your business.

The Decisive Action Protocol is values-based.

I believe that a person’s outmost obligation as well as their path to happiness is to express who they are as a person and stand for their values.

I believe that a company’s outmost obligation as well as their path to success is to express who they are as a business and a team and stand for their team values.

I believe that a company which does not have Customer Success as a core value will not fare well in this century.

In 2001, right after September 11th, I started a managed I.T. services company . I grew it on these principles. Everything we did was based on these values and on the principles of Customer Success. Even when I sold it.

It was highly profitable, never inexpensive, and held industry-wide record breaking statistics in terms of keeping customers happy, and on-board.
